This wine is made from the two Portuguese varieties Touriga Nacional and Tinta Cao, grown in Yonatan Springs and geshur Vineyards.
The Relatively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils of the Golam heights are proving to be hospitable conditions for these varieties. Eighteen month of barrel aging adds richness to the wines wild berry, cassis, plum and violet notes.
It displays an intriguing mix of cherry, plum and floral notes layered with characters of spice, chocolate and french oak
